Every project is different, but the course of the work is always the same: first we find out what you need, then we agree, and only then do we build.

We find out what you need
We talk through what you want to achieve, how the process works today and where it gets stuck.

We analyse and propose
We describe the solution, its scope and stages, and give you a price estimate.

We design the solution
Where it helps, we prepare interface mock-ups or a prototype, so you see the solution before it is built.

We build in parts
We work in short stages and show you progress often, so the direction can still change along the way.

We test and launch
We check that everything works, move the data over, launch the system and train its users.

We maintain and improve
After launch we look after the system and extend it as new needs arise.

Time and materials
You pay for the work actually done – convenient while the scope is still changing.
Fixed-scope stages
The scope and price of each stage are agreed in advance.
Ongoing maintenance
An agreed number of hours each month for looking after and improving the system.
A one-off consultation or review
We assess an existing system, an idea or another supplier's offer.

Questions and answers
We don't know exactly what we need yet. Will you help us work it out?
Yes. That is what the first three stages are for: we find out what you need, propose a solution and, where it helps, prepare a prototype. You can also start with a one-off consultation.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. We take on anything from a single integration or bug fix to a company-wide system.
Do you take over systems built by others?
Yes, after a technical review: we assess the code, the data and the infrastructure, then agree how we will maintain and develop the system.
What does the price depend on?
On the scope of the work. We give an estimate once the need is clear. You can pay by the hour or in fixed-price stages.
