When your online shop, CRM and accounting software aren't connected, staff retype the same orders, customers and invoices by hand, and mistakes surface only later. We connect the systems through their APIs, file exchanges or webhooks, so data passes between them automatically. If others need your data, we also build your own API.

Invoices from the mailbox – straight into the books

We built invoice intake from the mailbox: AI recognises supplier invoices, and clear rules book them with no manual work and never declare VAT twice.

Three separate checks stop duplicates.

Questions and answers

Can you connect a program that has no API?

Often, yes. We can use the program's own data import and export, scheduled file exchange, or read the data straight from its database. We choose the approach after checking what the program allows.

Won't the integration create duplicates?

We build it so that it doesn't: each record is linked across the systems, so repeating an exchange doesn't send the same order or invoice again.

What happens if one of the systems is temporarily unavailable?

The data waits in a queue and goes through once the system is back. If an exchange stops for longer, you get an alert.
