Data, reporting and analytics

When sales live in the online shop, costs in the accounting software and workload in spreadsheets, the full picture has to be pieced together by hand. We combine, clean and present the data from these sources, so managers can see at any time how the company is doing. Reports update automatically, so nobody has to build them by hand.

What it covers

  • Data from accounting, CRM, the online shop and spreadsheets in one place (System integrations and APIs)
  • Management dashboards: sales, margins, stock and staff workload
  • Scheduled reports delivered by email
  • Data cleaning: removing duplicates, fixing errors, consistent classifications
  • Data migration from old programs and files into new systems
  • Custom calculations and exports using your formulas and the file formats you need

Who it suits

  • You put the monthly report together yourself: you export data from several programs and combine it in a spreadsheet.
  • Different reports show different figures, and you have to work out which ones to trust.
  • Decisions get made without the latest sales, margin or stock figures.

Examples of our work

Accounting automation: from sale to i.SAF

2026Launching

Sales, cash receipts and purchases go from the business management system to a cloud accounting platform automatically – once each, and ready for i.SAF and the VAT return.

The process was tested on a full month of real data.

TypeScript / Node.js, MongoDB, accounting platform REST SDK, Jest

AI modules in a client's business management and accounting systems

2025–2026

We built AI modules that run in a client's business management and accounting systems: invoice recognition, a proposal generator, assistants for accountants and reports, and MCP servers.

The assistant carries out operations only after the user approves them, and every approval is logged.

language models, document recognition, MCP, OAuth 2.0

Questions and answers

Which data sources can you connect?

Accounting software, CRM systems, online shops, databases and spreadsheets. If a program has no API, we use its data export or scheduled file exchange.

Will we need a new reporting tool?

Not necessarily. We build the dashboards inside your system, as a separate web app or in a reporting tool you already use – whichever suits your staff best.

Got a task or an idea?

Describe it in a few sentences – we'll reply and talk through how we could help.
