SEO driven by Google Search Console data

We continuously analyse your Search Console data – search queries, pages, rankings, indexing and links – and fix whatever holds your site back in Google Search.

Why a site stops growing in search

  • Search Console holds many of the answers, but few people read it regularly – and it keeps data for only 16 months.
  • Pages in positions 5–20 are shown often but rarely clicked – and nobody notices.
  • Pages drop out of the index, while 404 errors and redirect chains pile up.
  • A redesign or a move wipes out rankings built up over years.

Step by step

  1. 1

You grant access to the data

You add us as a user of your site's Search Console property.

  2. 2

    We collect data daily

Every day we store clicks, impressions, click-through rate and position for each search query and page, and keep them for longer than 16 months.

  3. 3

    We inspect every page

With the URL Inspection tool we check pages one by one: whether they are indexed, which canonical URL Google chose and which pages link to them.

  4. 4

    We collect link problems

We list 404 errors, redirects and redirect chains, internal links and orphan pages that no link points to.

  5. 5

We draw up a task list

We rank the tasks by priority and note the effect we expect from each.

  6. 6

We fix what holds growth back

We fix titles, descriptions, content, internal links, redirects, sitemaps, hreflang tags and structured data: directly on sites we build, and through your CMS or your developer on others.

  7. 7

    We measure every change

We measure the effect of each change and prepare a report every month.

What the solution covers

  • Search queries and pages

Which search queries bring visitors to which pages, and how that changes.

  • Click-through rate

New titles and descriptions for pages that are shown often but rarely clicked.

  • Content gaps and cannibalisation

Topics that lack a page, and pages competing for the same search query.

  • Indexing

Which pages are not indexed, and why.

  • Internal and external links

How your pages link to each other and which other sites link to them.

  • Redirects and 404 errors

Broken addresses are redirected to the right pages, and targets an administrator has chosen are never overwritten by the daily update.

  • Site migration

We list every address with clicks or links, map old addresses to new ones, set up 301 redirects, carry over existing ones and watch for 404 errors.

  • Multilingual sites

Hreflang tags and a separate sitemap for each language.

  • Visibility in AI search

An llms.txt file and structured data that help AI search tools understand your site.

  • Dashboard and monthly report

The key figures in one place, and every month a report on what was done and what changed.

Where AI helps

  • Grouping thousands of search queries by topic and search intent.
  • Draft titles and descriptions based on real search queries – published only once a person approves them.
  • Suggested redirect targets for 404 errors.
  • Content briefs for new pages and internal-link suggestions.
  • Explaining the changes in the report in plain words.

Integrations

  • Google Search Console: performance reports, URL Inspection and sitemaps.
  • Google Analytics 4.
  • Bing Webmaster Tools, if needed.
  • Your CMS – through its API or admin access.
  • Sites we build ourselves (Websites with an AI assistant) – we deploy changes directly.

Our principles

  • An audit and a baseline first, so it is clear what we measure against.
  • The order of work is set by the expected effect.
  • We change things in small batches and measure each one.
  • We don't buy links or build pages meant only for search engines.
  • The data and the access stay yours.

Examples of our work

Online shop with an AI assistant and a customer portal

2026Launching

A new website and online shop with an AI assistant: orders, enquiries and chats go straight into the CRM.

Every old address was kept or redirected, and AI chats enter the same enquiry pipeline as completed forms.

Questions and answers

Does this work if someone else built our website?

Yes. Search Console data doesn't depend on who built the site. We make the changes through your CMS or hand the tasks to your developer.

When will we see results?

The effect of technical fixes, such as indexing or redirects, usually shows within a few weeks. Content and rankings change more slowly – over several months – and the monthly report shows what made the difference.

Will you help us move our website without losing rankings?

Yes. Before the move we list every address with clicks or links and give each one a new address or a 301 redirect. After launch we watch 404 errors and rankings so that problems are caught early.

We'll show you what your Search Console data says

A few sentences are enough – we'll reply and talk through how we could help.
